Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the day of delivery, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period and return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.
Unless the goods are defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect, the cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date we are informed of your withdrawal, but we may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of return shipment is provided.
Returned goods must be unused, in resalable condition, and include all accessories and documentation.
Fishing equipment, clothing and footwear must be inspected only as they would be in a retail store. Products showing signs of outdoor use, fishing use, exposure to water, sand, or environmental conditions may be subject to a reduction in refund value. Where handling or use of the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning results in diminished value, the Customer may be liable for such diminished value in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the extent of the diminished value, this may result in a partial or, where the product has lost its entire economic value as a result of such handling, potentially full reduction of the amount otherwise refundable for the product.
Certain items cannot be returned once unsealed due to health or hygiene reasons.
